Sales Tax

BishopCollective.com is required to collect sales tax for all purchases made and shipped within the State of New York. State laws vary and most ecommerce purchases made and shipped outside of the State of New York require the purchaser claim and pay sales tax within their applicable state.

Please contact your state's sales tax office for further information. BishopCollective.com may be required to collect tax on shipping charges where applicable.

For international shipping destinations, duties and taxes are determined by the local customs agency of the country where the items are being shipped to. Although it is not always applicable, duties and taxes are based on the value of the items purchased and imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responbility of the recipient and fees will be collected at the time of delivery. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

When you place an order with BishopCollective.com, you will be provided an order number and receive a confirmation email that details your order summary. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking here or by logging into your account at BishopCollective.com

To track and order, you may log onto your account at BishopCollective.com or check the status of your delivery with the UPS tracking number assigned to you when shipped. UPS deliveries can be tracked here.

Backorders

We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and we'll ship them to you as soon as supplies are replenished. The expected ship date for backordered merchandise is listed when you add an item to your bag and also during checkout. We do our best to keep these dates accurate, but please be aware that in rare circumstances we may experience delays, in which case we will email you the new expected delivery date.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and backordered items and you select Express Shipping, we will only be able to apply the expedited shipping to the in-stock items. Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via Standard Shipping when they arrive. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees when backordered items ship.

Placing an Order

Click on "Add to Cart" to any item you would like to purchase and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. To complete the order, click on the Shopping Bag, located at the top right section of any BishopCollective.com page. After making any changes and updating quantities as desired, click "Checkout" to be directed to the checkout page. Please carefully review your order before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Shipping Information

US Shipping

Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of ordering and is shipped via UPS standard service, unless otherwise specified. BishopCollective.com offers various shipping methods to meet your needs. Once an order is shipped, it is generally received within 7-10 business days from the ship date if using Ground shipping. Please note- BishopCollective.com does not ship on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or on U.S. holidays.

For P.O. Box shipping addresses, an email will be sent to you to confirm your information and order. Orders with a P.O. Box shipping destination will be shipped via USPS.

Orders over $150 will not be charged the standard shipping fee. The above prices are only applicable for the 48 continental U.S. states, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO via our website. Orders placed after 3pm US Eastern time will be processed the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays.

International, Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

Bishop Collective currently offers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and select International Countries. Most orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of ordering and is shipped via USPS standard service, unless otherwise specified. Expected delivery times will vary by destination and we cannot ensure an exact delivery date at this time. Please note- BishopCollective.com does not ship on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or on U.S. holidays. You will only be charged when your order has shipped and only charged for the items that are shipped to you.

Returns & Exchanges

How To Make a Return for US (mainland) orders

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, simply go through our self-service return process (via PRODUCT RETURNS). Within 1-2 days, you will receive an email with a UPS return label. Just place your items back in the original packaging, attach the UPS return shipping label and take to any authorized UPS shipping center.

Return Policy for US (mainland) orders

Please note- returns made within 14 days of the order shipment date will be refunded in the original form of payment. Returns made after 14 days of the order shipment date will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit, sent to the purchaser's email address and to be used at BishopCollective.com. Returned gifts will be refunded via an emailed e-merchandise credit to the email address provided by the customer. All Special Orders, Pre-orders, and items on sale for 30% or more are final sale and therefore may not be returned or exchanged.

Orders of $150 or more will receive free returns. For orders less than $150, a shipping charge of $7.95 will be deducted from any form of credit given.

Returns sent back to the BishopCollective.com distribution facility will process approximately 2-4 weeks from the time you mail your return. Any refunds processed will be credited back to the original payment method and will post to your account 1-3 business days after the date of processing. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

You will be notified by email when your return is processed. If an exchange is requested, a second email will be sent once BishopCollective.com has processed your new order. We are unable to guarantee that merchandise for exchanges will be available at the time your order is processed; in these instances your original form of payment will be refunded, if processed within 14 days. If you indicated that you are returning a gift, we will send an e-merchandise credit for the value of the refund to the email address specified on the packing list.

How To Make a Return for orders from International locations

Yes, Bishop Collective only offers products that are manufactured in the United States. However, it is important to note that the materials used in the manufacturing of our products are not necessarily made in the US. The materials used in the production of our goods come from various regions of the globe; those areas that best facilitate their production.

What are the benefits to purchasing American manufactured products?

It is our goal to invest in the future of American manufacturing (also called onshoring), in an effort to drive the overall cost of American manufactured goods down. In turn, this will support job creation in the US while providing safer work environments for the skilled workers producing the goods. Does Bishop Collective ship internationally?

Does Bishop Collective deliver on Saturdays?

We do not currently offer Saturday delivery. However, you can expedite your shipment by selecting 3-4 Day or 1-2 Day during checkout. Please be aware that your expedited shipping may be delayed due to incremental weather, holidays or time zone differences.

Does Bishop Collective charge sales tax?

In accordance with New York state regulations, a sales tax of 8.875% is automatically applied to all merchandise being shipped to a New York state address, excluding apparel priced less than $110.

To check the status of your order, log on to BishopCollective.com account and click "View Your Order History." After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include the tracking information for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping and returns on all orders subtotaling $150 or more. Returned orders that subtotal for less than $150 will be charged a $7.95 shipping and handling fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount prior to crediting your account. Items purchased at BishopCollective.com and received as a gift, may be returned by mail when accompanied by a gift receipt within 30 days of purchase - a credit will be issued in the form of a BishopCollective.com credit via email. Please make sure to include your email address with your gift receipt. BishopCollective.com credits may only be redeemed at BishopCollective.com. We are sorry, but no refunds or exchanges can be made on promotional, sale, marked-down, special order or pre-ordered merchandise.
